Shayoni Lynn is CEO and Founder at multi-award-winning behavioural science communications consultancy, Lynn Group.\u00a0 She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) and is Chair of PRCA Cymru.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Shayoni is listed in the PRWeek Power Book (2021-Present) \u2013 the <\/span>definitive list of the most influential and respected communications professionals in the UK. In 2024, she featured on two specialist lists \u2013 Top 20 most influential women in UK PR, and Top 10 PR leaders outside of London.<\/span><\/p>

In 2023, she featured in the Global 15 to Watch and Innovator 25 EMEA lists by PRovoke Media, and in the Top 20 Global Indians list by Reputation Today.<\/span><\/p>

Shayoni has received the Mark Mellor Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Industry, as well as PRCA Awards for Outstanding Contribution during COVID-19 and Professional of the Year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

She was awarded the Institute of Directors (IoD) Start Up Director of the Year Award in 2023. She is an Independent Board Member for Active Travel Wales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Shayoni is a member of PRCA\u2019s PR and Communications Board, founding panel member and Vice-Chair of CIPR’s Behavioural Insights Interest Group, member of CIPR\u2019s ESG Expert Panel, member of ICCO x UNDP Climate Comms Taskforce, providing strategic advisory for global, multi-market UNDP climate change campaigns, and member of ICCO\u2019s Misinformation Taskforce, together with Council of Europe, The Trust Project, EACD, GWPR and EUPRERA.<\/span><\/p>

Shayoni is co-founder and Chair of Board for the Asian Communications Network, alongside CEO of CommsRebel Advita Patel, and CEO of Curzon PR Farzana Baduel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
